This is a great addition to any pizza or just by itself. We start with fresh hand-tossed dough smoothered in garlic butter. After we top it with mounds of mozzarella & white cheddar cheese, we bake it to a golden brown. We then sprinkle it with oregano & cut it into strips for easy eating - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Served with pizza sauce & ranch.
